What does my plan cover?

There are three components to our “Phone Protection Plan”.

Free repairs on Batteries, Speakers, Microphones, Charging Ports, Cameras, Head Phone Jacks, Power/Volume Buttons, Software Issues.

Free Labor for screen repairs (2) repairs per contract year. You pay for the part.

$15 Initial Setup Fee on cloud backup of photo and contact and data recovery

When does my coverage start?

Once you sign up for our Phone Protection Plan and pay your first monthly fee, there is a 30-day waiting period for your protection to begin.

What is not covered?

The Phone Protection Plan does not cover Fraud, Pre-existing damage, water damage or if the device is lost or stolen. Prior to any service or repair, verification that customers are still paying their monthly fee and are up to date with these payments.

How much does this plan cost?

The cost of USAVE’s Phone Protection Plan is $4.99 per month. The monthly fee will be auto debited from the customer’s credit card each month on the day of the month in which the enrollment form was submitted.

What devices are covered?

Prior to the Phone Protection Plan taking effect, a service technician from USAVE must verify the device’s manufacturer and model are eligible for enrollment. Some devices have little to no availability of parts for repairs. This makes the customer experience unaccepted to USAVE’s high service standards and not eligible for coverage.

How do I sign up?

Completion and submission of the enrollment form and device verification is required prior to beginning protection of your device. Once the 30-day waiting period is satisfied, service and repair will be provided.
